We ship globally to most countries, excluding some remote areas in Asia and select regions. During checkout, our system will confirm if we can deliver to your location.

Standard Shipping ($12.95): Premium carriers (DHL/FedEx), processed in 1-2 days, delivered in 10-15 business days after shipping. Ideal for last-minute gear needs.

Free Shipping (Orders over $50): EMS delivery, processed in 1-2 days, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipping. Perfect for planned adventures.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your gear leaves our warehouse in Everett. The tracking link will show your package’s progress toward your adventure destination.
What if my gear doesn’t arrive on time for my trip?
We recommend ordering with ample lead time, especially choosing Standard Shipping for time-sensitive adventures. While we can’t control final delivery times once shipped, we’ll provide all available carrier information to help you locate your gear. For critical timing, consider expedited shipping options at checkout.

Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?
We stand behind our gear with a 15-day return policy from delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached. Some safety equipment (like avalanche protection) may have different return requirements – check product details.
How do I initiate a return?
