Our Return Policy

You may return most unworn, unused items in original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Like checking your equipment before a summit push, please inspect your gear upon arrival.

Note on Safety Equipment: For the protection of all adventurers, avalanche protection gear and hygiene-sensitive items (like base layers) cannot be returned unless defective.

  3. Package Securely: Return items in original packaging with all tags attached – treat it like packing for a multi-day trek

Exchange Process

Need a different size or color? Follow the return process above and include a note requesting your preferred exchange item. We’ll process exchanges as quickly as we test our climbing trousers.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error (rare as a cloudless day in the Alps). For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
