We process orders faster than setting up our camping furniture – typically within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly for remote locations. We currently cannot ship to certain Asian countries and some remote regions.

International Shipping

We ship globally (with some exceptions) and handle all customs documentation. Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes – these are like unexpected weather conditions on your trip, beyond our control but part of the adventure.

Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy is as straightforward as following a well-marked trail. If your gear doesn’t meet expectations, we’ll make it right.

Return Policy

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (like leaving base camp supplies behind)

Important Safety Note:

For the protection of all adventurers, avalanche protection gear and hygiene-sensitive items (including base layers) cannot be returned unless defective. This policy is as non-negotiable as proper safety equipment on the mountain.

The Return Process

  2. Wait for Authorization: Our gear specialists respond within 2 business days (faster than drying our quick-dry apparel)
  3. Package Securely: Return items in original packaging with all tags attached – treat it like packing for a multi-day trek

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Follow the return process above and include a note requesting your preferred exchange item. We’ll process exchanges as quickly as we test our climbing trousers.

  • Payment Method: Refunds return to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error (rare as a cloudless day in the Alps)

If your gear arrives damaged or defective (rare as our quality control is more thorough than a pre-expedition checklist), contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedited replacement – faster than pitching our camping furniture.
